Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use bydesignsupplements.com or buy from By Design Supplements ("we", "us"), a business registered in Delaware and operating from Rockingham County, Virginia, where we ship all orders. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Health information

The information on this website is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Always consult your physician before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• Your order is confirmed once your payment is approved. We may cancel an order—and refund you in full—if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud.
• Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it and is shown at checkout.

Discount codes

Discount codes have the conditions shown when they are offered, can't be exchanged for cash, and one code can be used per order. We may end a promotion at any time.
