Where we ship

All orders ship from Rockingham County, Virginia. We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders ship within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

Carrier and delivery

We ship with USPS. Once your order leaves us, delivery time depends on USPS and your location.

Shipping cost

• Orders of $80.00 or more (after any discount) ship free.
• Orders under $80.00 have a flat $9.99 shipping charge.

The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are available on request. Email us with your order number and we will send it to you.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
