Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information By Design Supplements ("we", "us") collects when you use bydesignsupplements.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Order information: your name, email address, shipping address, the products you buy, and your order totals.
• Account information: if you create an account, your email address and password. Passwords are stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that we cannot read.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment processor, PayArc, on their secure payment page. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or phone.
• Technical information: like most websites, our servers record basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use your information

• To process, ship, and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To send order confirmations and reply to your questions.
• To run and secure our website and your account.
• To keep business, tax, and accounting records as required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the store:

• PayArc, to process payments.
• USPS, to deliver your order (your name and shipping address).
• Our website hosting and email providers, which store our website data and deliver our emails.
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used on our pages.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that the website needs to work: to remember your cart, keep you logged in, and protect forms from misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them to support your orders and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@bydesignsupplements.com. We may need to keep some records (such as past orders) where the law requires it.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
