We always want to guarantee satisfaction. If you aren't satisfied, let us know and we will make it right.

30-day returns

You can return a product within 30 days of delivery:

• Unopened bottles can be returned for any reason.
• Opened bottles can be returned only if the product is faulty.

How to start a return

Email us at info@bydesignsupplements.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We pay for return shipping and will send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

• We start your refund the same day we receive your returned item.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to that card. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to appear on your statement.
• We refund the amount you paid for the returned item, including any sales tax and after any discount code. The original shipping charge is refunded when the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or give you a refund—whichever you prefer.
